You need a special tool that only works with Saturn window motors. Cost about $20. but you my never use it again.
Edit: He told me today he finished the job this weekend and is selling it on craigslist. Buy the way, the special tool is for the bolts that go threw the regulator and glass.|||no i think there are just 4 10 mm bolts that hold it on not to bad they only take about 1 hour to change.|||Please note: To change the window motor you first have to remove the out side door panel [its not hard] first remove the rubber and plastic window seal at the top of the door panel and then remove all torx bits from the outside rim of the door. to remove the outside door handle look under the handle for a small round pin head cap and take it out with a pick then remove handle. After that you should be able to remove the outside panel and do the motor replacement with no problem. To finish reverse order. Do it right and you will not have to remove the mirror.|||need some skill because of the way the door is made
