How hard is it to change a power window motor on a 89 Fithave?

The motor spins but doesn%26#039;t turn the window up.|||the door panal needs to come off the window needs to be up and the factory rivets that hold the motor in place need to drilled out the pwer supply needs to be un hooked then with a little jiggle hear and ther it will come out replac with nuts and bolt that will not inter fear with the window
