front right door rivits cut and cannot position mechanism|||You need to roll the window down. This will allow you to position the mechanism correctly. If you can re-rivet it, great. If not, you can use bolts, but it%26#039;s much harder to get them in and tight.|||man i might have saved you some work had you asked earlier.you could have pulled the i think(5/16 headed bolts 3 of em) and just pulled the motor assy.now if it ran and just didnt work, you could have pulled apart the clutch and dropped a couple steel ball bearings in it where the nylon ones broke.as said before, youve got to match the track position with the window motor position.hey its a bear to get at those bolts i described, but may have been easier for you.
